About VR7
We operate this casino. Every page on VR7 is written from inside it, which is why they read like house rules rather than a review of somebody else's casino.
What we run
A six-vertical floor for Malaysian players: slot, live casino, tembak ikan, sportsbook, 4D and e-sport, built on feeds from 48 studios and carrying 1,900+ titles. One account holds one ringgit balance and all six draw on it, with 186,400 members registered on the floor at the time of writing.
We take feeds; we do not build games. A studio's catalogue arrives, runs on a staging build while we check that game history writes back correctly, and only then opens to members. The results themselves are generated by the studio or dealt at a live table, and nothing on our side touches them.
How the floor is run day to day
Three things happen every day without anybody asking for them. The rebate is calculated on the previous day's turnover and paid at 6pm. The cashier runs continuously, with the usual payout taking 3 to 8 minutes once turnover is met. And support answers in English, Bahasa Melayu and 中文 on live chat, WhatsApp and the Telegram channel, at any hour.
Weekly, the referral run pays out on Mondays. The rest of the work is less visible: watching feeds for faults, checking that a new title's history writes correctly, keeping the offers card current, and reading the game histories behind cashier queries. None of it is glamorous and all of it is the job.
What we hold ourselves to
Payouts leave only to a bank account in the registered name. We charge no fee on a deposit or a withdrawal in either direction. We do not adjust a game, a table or a price against an individual member, and we hold no setting that would allow it. And every rule we keep reads the same for a Silver account and an Elite one.
We also do not claim a Malaysian licence, because no Malaysian authority issues one for an online casino. The Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953 are the governing statutes. Saying so is more useful to a member than a badge would be.
Why a condition is printed beside the thing it limits
We do not hand out a star rating to ourselves, because an operator reviewing its own floor is not a review. What you get instead is the house explaining its own rules: what a cap means, what a condition costs, what a board on the home page is and is not for.
Where a page would need a number we do not publish, it does not get one. Where a rule is awkward - a ceiling on a credit, a cap on a hand, a deadline on a draw - it is printed next to the thing it limits rather than at the bottom of a terms page. That is the whole editorial policy.
The offers we keep standing, all year
Four things stand all year rather than rotating. A first deposit is matched 150% up to RM700 on the slot shelf. A verified account releases RM8 in free credit, slot only, capped at RM80. The rebate is 0.8% of the previous day's turnover, paid at 6pm. A referral pays 5%, run weekly.
None of them is a limited window and none of them needs a code from somebody else; they sit on the offers card on the floor with their conditions printed beside them. The VIP ladder - Silver, Jade, Platinum, Elite - runs underneath all four, earned on the account rather than on a product.
