Contact VR7
Three channels, all staffed in English, Bahasa Melayu and 中文, all open around the clock. Which one to use depends on what you are asking, and a minute of preparation usually saves ten of back and forth on the VR7 desk.
Live chat, on the floor
The fastest route and the right one for anything touching your balance: a deposit that has not appeared, a withdrawal you want to check, a round you think settled oddly. Chat opens from the bottom bar of the casino and the agent can see the account you are signed into, so you will not be asked to repeat your details.
Have the round or the transaction in front of you before you start. The history panel shows every round with its stake, its result and the balance it left behind, and quoting that line turns a long conversation into a short one.
WhatsApp and the Telegram channel
WhatsApp suits anything you want a thread for: a registration you could not finish, a question about verification, a reply you would rather read in the morning. It is the same desk as live chat, working the same hours, on a slower medium.
The Telegram channel is an announcement channel rather than a conversation. New promos and changes to the offers card are posted there, which is the reason to join it even if you never write a word. It is also where the 0.8% rebate run and the Monday referral payout get called out, so you know a credit has gone out before you go looking for it in your history.
What to have ready
For a cashier question: the amount, the approximate time, and the route it went out on. For a game question: the title and the round as it appears in your history. For an account question: the mobile number the account was opened under, which is the key to everything else.
For a bonus question: which offer you accepted and when, because the 150% welcome match and the RM8 free credit carry different conditions. Payouts leave only to a bank account in the registered name, so having those details to hand saves a round trip. With that much ready, most queries close inside one conversation.
When an answer is not enough
Ask the agent to escalate. A case that needs a payments review or a studio query goes to a second desk, and the agent will tell you that is what is happening rather than leaving the conversation open. A studio query is the slowest kind, because the answer has to come back from the provider that generated the round.
Keep the thread rather than starting a new one each time you check. One continuous conversation carries its own history and saves repeating the detail, and if the question turns out to be about a rule rather than an incident, we would rather fix the page that explained it badly than answer the same thing twice.
What a chat cannot do
An agent cannot change a settled round, because the result was written by the studio or dealt at the table before it reached either of you. They cannot change the registered name on an account, cannot send a payout to anybody else's bank account, and cannot lift a self-exclusion before its term is up.
What they can do is check a transaction against the record, escalate a payments review, raise a query with a provider, set a deposit limit for you, close an account on request, and explain a condition that a page explained badly. If a conversation is going in circles, asking which of those is being done usually moves it forward faster than repeating the question.
